**By registering, participants (players, parents/guardians) are confirming that they have reviewed and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Reider Hockey Waiver & Agreements and Photo & Video Policy. All participants must comply to the Concussion Management Protocol and complete a Return to Play form in the event of a suspected concussion.
